thievery infringements that has happened
this past year. (Samsung is using and selling
Apple's iPhone and iPad technology to other
smartphone corporations who are not Apple,
but currently are just a little bit of

Even still
with the explosion of these amazing hand
held devices. Samsung, plagiarizing the
language technology and platform interface
for Apples iPhones and iPads. Disguising
it as a better OS/UI version made by Windows
Microsoft. Faster, smoother,
smartphone: this is still a
victory for Apple.

But... As
much as I love Apple, I think, like most
Americans, I love having the option of
choosing what I want to have as a smartphone
device much more... Though I'd
still choose Apple even with a choice.

Dear Apple
Remember
Microsoft.
Once upon a time, much like the cements
shoes made for Jimmy Hoffa. Microsoft
could have rolled-over-on-you back in
the mid 90's and made you disappear into
the depths of VH1's where are they now.
But you had the good fortune and some-what-the-luck,
to be protected by government-federal
acts, along with copyright laws of the
United States and most importantly,
protected by the consumer. There was
also that stopping Microsoft from monopolizing
the internet, and world computer technology
in general. Bill gates, the
only tech power on planet earth? The
U.S goverment aint gonna let dat happen
dats fo-sure.

It seems
Apple, you might be moving in Microsoft
direction.
I'm not
saying Apple owes thanks to the government.
What I am saying is, for Apple, the fortune
and karma that happened for them nearly
four decades ago was, well, now its time
pay it forward and give the little guy
a chance.

Apple, Don't stomp on the
not so little guy, don't stomp on freedom
of choice for the people. Now that you are
in the power position to take back what is
rightfully yours.
Instead
of wiping out Googles Android and other wanna-be
'smartphones infringing on your technology.
Own it, then it leave be.
Yes, I am
saying give the people the choice to hate
you. It's obvious that the technology in
other smartphones that supposedly is not
yours; is yours.
You've won
Apple; you have won. Apple-Tech is
out and everybody is using it as a foundation
for great smartphones, even though they
are not exactly Apple-for-sure they are born
from Apple seeds. I think Steve would like
this. remember "think different".
Let the
language that you are be everybody's language
of choice. Not be the only language with
no other option. Because, if you destroy
Google phones, HTC's smart-whatever and Samsung
tablets of whatever. Then you start walking
the in steps of Microsoft... |
