Though I am Spanish, still, I too, like many, am against bull fighting, but bull fighting is something we all must do from time to time, and even more so, to sometimes get our point across. Bullshit fighting is the worst kind of bull fighting, you can ether run with it or grab it by the horns; but for sure, I’m not going to be hiding in the ocean with the rest from it; the bullshit. I’m not one to pat myself on the back to often but in this matter or at least in this month I can say I have done a bang up job cleaning up the bullshit, slung at me from almost every angle of my being I can confidently say I’m still standing with my dignity and self respect in tact. If my intentions are very clear and my actions are sound and without causing anyone harm then my red cape is without blemish. You can bury shit but sooner or later the shit is going to rise and stink. The pettiness of some are amazing, the egos of others are astounding and the bullshit from everybody, is, well; at least I stay clean. If you are out to give me your horns, I’m going to grab it sir, miss, you, mom, dad, bro, dude, them, and other. My intention are not vague, my motive is like most, hopefully not like all. I give my best and in doing so if your horns get exposed well, charging at a red target doesn’t mean you are going to make it go away.

If we waited this long, we can wait a little longer, if you feel this strong then I can wait with a much less monger. Time became moot when we didn’t shoot; game became chance when we stopped and dance. We all do what we-gotta-do when work becomes our only position; we all do what we are meant to do when play becomes our only emission. Its a chore, it’s a game it’s a way so come and stay, bring a bottle of your best drink and swallow all your inconveniences away.

Last night I dreamt I was a gigantic dragon made of a huge cloud of dream-dust. I was a dragon, my purpose, I was to be a bridge, between two worlds.
Much like a plane flying through the clouds, one, would have to pass through me, from tip of tail to my breath of exhale.
This was the only way one can go from one world to the next; from one dream to the next. I was huge, like, Brooklyn bridge huge and transparent so one can see thru me, see how others traveled across thru me from a far, I was bridge between to worlds. "No dream is ever just a dream"

Shooting when you have to and you don’t feel like it can be very uncomfortable and even more likely, miserable. Love hate relationships can often lead to these-don’t-want-to but have to days. This is were I think, if one had strong mechanics for the game equal to there feeling for the game, mechanics-trained or practiced properly with discipline along with already having a knowledge and experience for these doggy dog days of dogging your shot, then, one can shoot without thinking or feeling and still have accomplish getting that ball in the hole, with a pretty strong B game. Maybe, I’m talking nonsense, what do I know; I’m still struggling with being in the supposed C range. |

Both seasons are over now, not holiday but league. It has been long, my longest I think; maybe, @ least it certainly felt like it. It has been interesting, humbling and enlightening. With a new year ahead and options for my recreation and promotion, personal and professional, I think I’ll take my natural allure and ability for attracting the strange fellows and black sheep of my social circles and make with the impel. Finally, I call my wolf brethren home for dinner. I don’t worry about my self as much as I do for my colleagues. I have many and they may also join me in the safety of my home, provided they leave the wool behind. I’ll pay close attention the experienced and draw my own conclusion, hopefully, it being the right choice and for the best for everyone who matters. It has been long and extraordinarily bumpy, I feel ok, almost obliged-even. |

2:00:pm Dec31st 2008. Northern wind today, Its sleeting outside and it is flip’n cold and the sun is out, barely; but it is out, and shinning, a soft muted shine, like a smudge in the sky, like death flying by. Its like the gods are out killing again. On the 30th of December 2008, I woke up with back pain, lower back pain, so painful. But because I am so used to it, I function with it, I work around it, I pop about 5 Aleve’s and plan on washing some more down later on with some cowboy juice at the salon, this is how I will I deal with it today. On the way to the lower eastside, on the way to my responsible/irresponsible acts of my final days of 2008.
I find on the ground a 5-dollar bill. After my responsible act in the bar I use that 5-dollar bill text some of my buddies about my find and then I irresponsibly buy a Makers Mark shot with the 5-dollar find. Hours go by, and I’ve had many-many shots after my first one. I know its still there, but, I no longer feel my back pain, I no longer feel any pain, I go an eat some food in my numb-dumb-money-finding-drunken wobbling state of affair.
After my Mexican burrito and slice of pizza, I start to head home, at the foot of the train stop, I stop, I think, I can do better, it is early and I am not planning on going out for NYE. So, I text my buddy rich and see if he is headed for the bar, I wait a few minutes, he texts back ‘yes’, so I go back to the bar, hang out in the bar to drink some more with my buddy rich, I try and get him drunk, he’s a heavy weight drinker like me, we have fun, I sat, I drank then we went to another bar to meet some more friends and drank some more, had fun and then started my way home. On the way home in my dwindling drunkenness I look down and see a 20 dollars bill. Maybe I’ll hold on to it and make it the beginning of a new 2009 piggy bank. |
